Do you accept new patients?
Yes! Good Mojo Pet Care is always welcoming new patients. We even offer a $25 first exam special so you and your pet can get to know our team.
What if I’m late for my appointment?
We understand life happens. If you’re running late, please give us a call at (555) 555-1212. We’ll do our best to still accommodate you, but in some cases, we may need to reschedule to ensure every pet receives the time and care they deserve.
Do you accept payment plans or financing?
Yes, we proudly accept CareCredit, which allows you to pay for your pet’s veterinary care with convenient monthly payments.
What should I bring to my pet’s first appointment?
Please bring any previous medical records, a list of current medications, and stool samples if requested. For dogs, a leash is required; for cats and small pets, a secure carrier is recommended.
What happens if my pet needs urgent care?
We offer same-day and walk-in appointments whenever possible. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, call us immediately so our team can prepare.
How do you keep pets comfortable during visits?
Our team uses a Fear-Free approach, which means gentle handling, calming techniques, and extra care for nervous or anxious pets.
What types of pets do you treat?
While our focus is primarily on cats and dogs, please call us if you have another type of companion animal. We’ll let you know if we can help or refer you to a trusted specialist.
What if my pet needs advanced diagnostics or surgery?
Good Mojo Pet Care has an in-house lab, radiology, and a full range of surgical services — from spays and neuters to orthopedic and soft tissue procedures. If your pet requires highly specialized care, we’ll coordinate a referral with a trusted specialist.
